Freixent was traditionally Catalan Cava, although now they make every known wine, which is annoying to me specifically. because I grew up with cava and I once bought prosecco for new years, havenāt recovered from that.

in my head Cava and Prosecco are totally different but also in the same way a similar thing. Contemparary. Neither of them are like Champaigne nor like normal sparkling wine. Cava has a little more something else to it while Prosecco seems to have a very singularity to it and the quality of the bubbles is what seperates it
