Pair in a Palm

I’ve been watching this palm snag for a couple of weeks, ever since I spotted a single adult Barred Owl, which I assumed was a Mom watching over her nest hole. Today my patience paid off. This was the scene that greeted me as I arrived shortly after sunrise this morning. Two fuzzy owlets checking me out. I love it when a plan works out! :-) 3/31/26
