I know we're on something else right now but I just wanted to share that I'm making beans and corn

Recipe:

  • Spicy discount brand beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • breakfast sausage
  • diced braunschweiger
  • various chopped onions
  • whatever beer is leftover in the fridge
  • chopped chipotle + adobo sauce

Spiced with:

  • cinnamon
  • garlic
  • celery seed
  • smoke flavor
  • more beer

My uncle loves to add ghost pepper and brown sugar but I’m kind of burnt out on sweet stuff lately

This morning it was Guinness. I generally don’t buy the same thing twice and my roommate wants to pick sometimes so it changes.

The only thing I haven’t used for chili are any fruity IPAs. I guess we don’t buy much IPAs at all
